First off dont even think of using brake fluid to strip the paint ! The bumper looks like its urethane?? SEM makes a rigid repair kit with directions to do this repair . Most important is a clean roughed up surface for the repair material to attach to. Start from the backside reinforcing with mesh screen (fiberglass drywall tape works well) .Then repair from the front .Removal of the paint can be done with 100 grit sandpaper on a 6 inch dual action sander pad . the repair is very similar to the work necessary to "shave" the license plate braacket from the J pec front bumpers .
